77taka Terms and Conditions

77taka (referred to hereafter as "the Platform", "we", or "the Company") is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "member") and 77taka.

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on 77taka: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

• Only payment methods registered under the account holder's name are accepted.
• Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• After a successful deposit, your balance is generally updated instantly.

Conditions for receiving the bonus:

• A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be met within the set time limit from the date the bonus becomes active.
• Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Any attempt to claim the bonus using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

77taka has five VIP tiers, determined by a member's gaming experience and activity on the platform:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

VIP tier advancement depends on continued active participation on the platform. 77taka reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

77taka may offer special promotions from time to time. Each promotion has specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• Misuse of promotions or attempting to gain benefits through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 77taka reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.

All games and bets on 77taka are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Game manipulation, use of bots, or use of automated software is strictly prohibited.
• If unreasonable odds are displayed due to an obvious display error, 77taka reserves the right to cancel that bet.

77taka takes a firm stance against any form of fraud, deception, system manipulation, or collusive cheating.

Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated betting software or bots.

• Chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Collusive cheating with other members.
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.
